Good assistance is not only about what is given, but also how people are treated.

Experiencing financial hardship can be emotionally and mentally challenging. Many individuals and families who seek assistance have never needed support before and may feel embarrassed, anxious, or worried about being judged. At Rizq Relief, we believe that every person deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion throughout the assistance process.
Islam teaches us to preserve the dignity of those in need. Providing support is not simply about meeting financial needs—it is about showing mercy, protecting honour, and reminding one another that every blessing comes from Allah ﷻ.
"Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury. And Allah is Free of need and Forbearing."
— Surah Al-Baqarah (2:263)
This beautiful verse reminds us that charity should never make a person feel ashamed or humiliated. The manner in which assistance is provided is just as important as the assistance itself.
Protecting personal information is one of our highest responsibilities. Applicant details, financial information, and supporting documents are treated as confidential and are shared only with authorized committee members involved in reviewing applications.
Documents are requested only when reasonably necessary to assess eligibility and are handled with appropriate care. Respecting privacy helps build trust and allows individuals to seek support with confidence.
Every application is reviewed individually based on its unique circumstances. Our goal is to assess requests fairly, without discrimination, while ensuring that available resources reach eligible individuals and families who need them most.
We understand that every person's situation is different. Temporary illness, job loss, unexpected expenses, family emergencies, or other life events can affect anyone. Seeking help should never be viewed as a weakness, but rather as an opportunity for the community to support one another.
"The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people."
— al-Mu'jam al-Awsat (Hasan)
Applicants deserve clear communication throughout the review process. Rizq Relief aims to provide reasonable timelines, acknowledge applications promptly, and communicate decisions respectfully. If additional information is required, applicants will be informed as early as possible.
While resources may sometimes be limited, every applicant deserves honesty, transparency, and courtesy regardless of the outcome of their request.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was the greatest example of mercy and compassion. He taught Muslims to care for one another, especially those facing hardship, and to do so with sincerity and respect.
"Allah continues to help His servant as long as the servant is helping his brother."
— Sahih Muslim
At Rizq Relief, our mission is to support eligible individuals and families while preserving their dignity, privacy, and self-respect. Through compassion, fairness, and responsible stewardship, we strive to build a stronger community where people feel valued, respected, and supported during life's most difficult moments.
