Surah At-Tawbah 9:18To meet the needs of Regina’s growing Muslim population, IAOS Regina is building As-Salam Mosque & Community Centre — a 20,700 sq. ft. purpose-built facility designed to accommodate approximately 1,000 worshippers.
The centre will include a library, Imam’s and administrative offices, a board room, kitchen and food court, children’s gym, and a multi-purpose hall.
This project will especially benefit our youth and families while creating a permanent home for worship, education, charity, and community service.
Designed to strengthen faith, family life, education, youth engagement, charitable support, and community connection.
A welcoming space for Islamic knowledge, research, reading, and learning for all ages.
Dedicated offices for the Imam, administration, counselling, and community support.
A professional space for responsible planning, consultation, and community leadership.
Supporting community meals, Ramadan programs, events, and help for people in need.
A safe and positive place where children can play, develop, and stay connected to the mosque.
A flexible venue for classes, seminars, family programs, weddings, youth events, and community gatherings.

Steel framing, insulation, drywall, and electrical fixture installations are all scheduled to kick off. * Behind the Scenes: The team is busy reviewing new driveway and parking layouts, finalizing the dome details, and looking into smart, budget-friendly alternatives for the internal glass partitions to keep our costs down.
